A statement by the Public Relations Officer, Shao Community Development Association, Dr. Sangodare Ayinla averred that the Governor’s re-election is an attestation to the enormous positive impact he has made on the lives of Kwarans.

The press statement which was jointly signed by the president of the association, Elder Emmanuel Ayantunde Adebara, and the Secretary, Mr. Olatunde Pasca Kolawole, disclosed that the Governor’s victory was not a surprise, considering his unparallel achievements across every nook and cranny of the state.

Adebara, who said that in the election the Governor has only harvested from the people the good deeds he has done as Kwara electorate reciprocated His Excellency with thank-you thumbs, explaining that the win is expected to attract more developmental projects, and sustain prosperity and good policies initiated for the people of the state by AbdulRazaq-led administration.

In the press statement, the President, on behalf of the people of Shao, rejoiced with Honourable-elect for the Oloru/Malete/Ipaye Constituency, Saliu Ayansola Lawal, the Senator representing Kwara North, Uma Sodiq, and the Moro/Edu/Patigi House of Representative-elect, Ahmed Saba Ajia, on their triumph in the last elections, praying God to give them the wisdom and strength to deliver accordingly.

Prof. Egbewole specifically commended the Governor for embarking on the construction of a flyover bridge at Tanke area of Ilorin, saying that the project, when completed, would certainly enhance transportation to and from the main campus of the University and other surrounding places.
