Saliu Mustapha to Abdullahi, Apaokagi, others: Let’s work together for the progress of Ilorin Emirate

Kwara Central Senator Elect, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has pledged to put the interest of his people ahead of other considerations to elevate their fortunes

Mallam Mustapha made the pledge in his Acceptance Speech after his official announcement as Senator Elect by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.

According to him, he takes this mandate as an expression of confidence in his plan for the continued progress of his Senatorial District, specifically in his capacity to deliver all his campaign promises.

Mallam Mustapha observed that a moment of victory does not call for any exuberant jubilation, rather it is a moment to plea for Allah’s guidance and the support of all and sundry for the task ahead towards giving his best to justify that confidence the electorates have placed on him as their elected Senator.

The Turaki of Ilorin solicited the cooperation of the stakeholders, religious leaders, traditional rulers and politicians within Kwara Central to achieve the desired results.

The Kwara Central Senator Elect, therefore, called on his brothers who contested for the same position to give him their support having maintained the spirit of brotherhood through out the campaigns prior to the elections.

He expressed appreciation to his family, friends, members of his campaign team and other loyal supporters who continually gave him the confidence to carry on with the energy-draining campaigns that propelled him to victory

The Philanthropist urged all voters to come out to vote APC again on the 11th of March to consolidate on the achievements of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for continuity and progress of the state

Mallam Mustapha thanked all the voters in all the 52 wards of Kwara Central who trusted him by putting their faith in him and applauded Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his support.

He also eulogized All Progressives Congress Chairman in the State, Prince Sunday Fagbemi, other party leaders and stakeholders for their steadfastness and commitment to the success of the party.

Mallam Mustapha lauded Emir of Ilorin, Doctor Ibrahim Zulu Gambari, all Baloguns and Alanguas across Kwara Central for their fatherly support and promised not to let them down in delivering dividends of democracy to the people
