The FRSC sector commander who made the advice while speaking with Royal FM correspondent Olarotimi Oshin attributed the high level of the pot holes to heavy downpour.

Maku who assured kwara residents that the state government is not relenting but working round the clock to commence road rehabilitation across the state before end of this month, advised road users to desist from using bad tires, desist from carrying petrol around, over speeding among others.

Speaking on Speed Limiting Device which had been approved by the presidency to commence October first, the FRSC sector commander said the command is set to commence a massive and comprehensive enlightenment campaign across the state.

On his part, the state commissioner for works and transport AroYahaya who spoke with our correspondent on the damage roads said the state government had established Asphalt plant in Ilorin which would fast track the rehabilitation of damaged roads across the state.
