Following directive to bar lines, President National Association of Telecoms Subscribers urges Federal Government to not suffer Subscriber Identity Module Card (SIM) users
Following the directive from the Federal Government to bar the lines of some telecommunication subscribers, The President of the National Association of Telecoms Subscribers, Adeolu Ogunbanjo has called on the Federal Government to not suffer the Subscriber Identity Module Card (SIM) users.
Ogunbanjo said the implication of the directive to a lot of subscribers would be huge, adding that they would be stuck and their business would be affected.
He also disclosed that telecom and NIN service centres are likely to witness a surge reminiscent of 2020 because of the government’s policy. He added that the NIN agents were likely to profit from this because of racketeering.
