President Buhari cautions APC leaders ahead 2023 elections

President Muhammadu Buhari has issued another warning to All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders, cautioning them not to jeopardize the chances of the party in the 2023 General Elections.

In a statement today, Buhari reminded the chieftains of the limited time frame of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) timetable, adding that the guidelines released by the electoral umpire does not give the All Progressive Congress any room for delay.

The President told the party leaders to avoid distractions, conduct the convention in a manner that fortifies the unity of the All Progressives Party party and improves the prospects of the party’s electoral fortunes in the 2023 general elections.

The APC would stage a national convention on Saturday at Eagle Square in Abuja.
