The National Commandant of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Dickson Akoh, has been arraigned on Monday before an Abuja Federal High Court by the Nigeria Police Force.
Akoh and other senior officers of the corps arrived the court premises amid heavy security.
It can be recalled that the National Commandant Akoh was rearrested and detained by the police over an allegation of illegal establishment of the organisation and the use of military training facilities for intended personnel of the Corps.
The court proceeding under Justice Gabriel Kolawole is currently ongoing.
