Photos: Police disrupt protest by Shi’ite members in Abuja

The Nigeria Police officers today in Abuja, employed the use of teargas and water tanks to disrupt a protest by Shi’ite members at the National Human Rights commission.

Members of the Islamic group were demanding the release of their leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky who has been in military custody since December 2015.
