Oloyede gives reasons for cancelation of previous direct process into higher institutions
The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Prof Is-haq Oloyede has said the menace of direct entry which JAMB currently reprogrammed was to correct the some of the problem facing education system in Nigeria.
Oloyede stated this while speaking on Royal FM programme , tagged ” vocal Point.
Speaking on the recent development where he was quoted to have said  all  direct entry students will begin to write JAMB examination before they can be admitted admitted into 200 level in any university, Oloyede described the initial direct entry system as aberration or abnormal system that gives rooms for corruption and examination malpractice in our educational system.
He explained that a lot of A’level coordinators are not registered, adding that many of the direct entry students does not posses five minimum o’level which quality then into university.
