Ogun Assembly passes bill upgrading Ilese health college into Polytechnic

The Ogun State House of Assembly passes a bill upgrading the State College of Health Technology, Ilese to a fully-fledged Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences.

The bill titled Re-passage of the Ogun State College of Health Technology (Amendment) Law; 2006” was passed at the plenary presided over by the Speaker, Olakunle Oluomo today.

The bill was passed following the presentation of a report of the House Committee on Education, Science and Technology by its Chairman, Adeyemi Ademuyiwa.

Ademuyiwa had moved the motion for the adoption of the report, which was seconded by Hon. Abayomi Fasuwa and supported by the whole house through a voice vote.
