NULGE Worries Over Alleged Attempt To Disrupt election In Kwara
The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGA) Kwara state chapter has expressed worry over alleged attempt by certain group of people to disrupt the coming  governorship and state assembly election in the state.
In a statement the deputy state president of NULGE ,Comrade Usman Rasheed said the attempt to forcefully  desolve  the Nigeria Labour Congress executive is a clear intention to create crisis in the state.
He said the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) as a union and all its affiliates are govern by a constitution which gives the sitting executive the opportunity to re-contest their position after the expiration of their first term in office.
Royal times reports that Comrade Rasheed  explained that the attempt by a group are set to bring anarchy to the union and disrupt the peaceful atmosphere being enjoyed in the state.
He called on all the union members to dissociate themselves from groups that are bent on creating disharmony in their midst. Comrade Rasheed also called on the state government and security agencies to intervene to avert disturbance in the state.
