The State Director National Orientation Agency (NOA) Kwara State Directorate Mr Felix Olowokere has appealed to parents and guardians to constantly ensure that they know where their wards are at every particular time.
The NOA director who raised concerns over the alarming rate of cases involving the disappearance of persons in Kwara State which he said was connected to boarding public transport vehicles charged the security agencies on extra vigilance and intelligence gathering in order to curb the increasing cases of missing persons in the State.
Olowokere however urged Kwarans resident to be very vigilant and conscious of their environment particularly when boarding commercial vehicles. He also urged residents to restrain from boarding unpainted public vehicles most especially at night.
According to reports reaching the agency, most of the affected victims are females within the age bracket of fourteen and twenty seven.
