A traditional title holder in the Ilorin Emirate of Kwara State in North Central Nigeria, the Talba of Ilorin, Oba Shuaibu AbdulRaheem, has congratulated Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of the All Progressives Congress, over his victory in last Saturday’s governorship polls in the state.
In a telephone conversation, Oba AbdulRaheem who was also the former Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin described the victory of the Governor as a recognition of good performance and prayers.
The Talba of Ilorin who also contested the governorship election in the state under the platform of the NNPP with the incumbent governor expressed optimism that the Governor’s re-election, would enhance the growth and development of the state.
He thanked the people of the state, particularly, the traditional rulers, the academia, students and supporters, for believing in him, through their financial support and prayers.
