The new Comptroller, Kwara State Command, of Nigeria Customs Service – Aliyu Bello has cautioned officers of the command against negative acts.
He warned that such acts will not be tolerated under his watch.
Bello stated this at the handover ceremony organized at the Customs Command headquarters in Ilorin on Thursday.
The new boss, charged officers to imbibe the culture of transparency and professionalism while discharging their responsibilities.
According to the new Comptroller, who was transferred from Zone A headquarters, Lagos, said he will consolidate on the achievements of his predecessor.
The outgoing comptroller, Hamman Ahmed, had in his remarks, appealed to the officers and men of the command to extend the same support and cooperation he enjoyed to his successor.
He urged the officers to accord the incoming comptroller maximum support to effectively discharge the new responsibility bestowed upon him.
