Labour party inaugurate caretaker committee in Kwara

Kwara State chapter of Labour Party (LP) has inaugurated a caretaker committee at Ilorin, the state capital.

The inauguration of the new executives of labour party was supervised by the deputy national secretary of the party, High Chief Kehinde Rotimi.

The event was held at the Labour House inside the secretariat of the state’s chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress( NLC).

The members of the caretaker committee are Hon. Adekunle Ajibade( chairman), Hon. Salihu Kitab(secretary), Comrade Ann-Tosin Oluleye( assistant secretary),Engr Yinka Oladejo( public relations officer),Mr Dele Dare( auditor) Hajia Mutiat Olajumoke( women leader) among others.

In his acceptance speech, the chairman of the caretaker committee, Hon. Adekunle Ajibade, said LP has come to stay in Kwara State based on the support it got from the people of the state during the 2023 general elections.
