The Secretary to the Government of Kwara State Prof. Mamman Saba Jibril condoles with the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRazaq AbdulRaman and the entire AbdulRazaq family over the demise of their patriarch Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Folorunsho AbdulRasaq SAN.
He described the elder stateman as a hero, a nationalist and an educationist. Until his passing, Alhaji AbdulRazaq was the Muttawali of Ilorin before he left this world for the higher realm on the 25th July, 2020.
As the first Lawyer to ever come out of Northern Nigeria, his rich bank of experience will be dearly missed not only in the legal field but also by all.
Prof. Saba prays that Almighty Allah gives the AbdulRazaq family, especially His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRazaq AbdulRaman, the Emir of Ilorin and people of Kwara State the fortitude to bear the loss while asking Almighty Allah to accept the soul of the departed into Firdaus with open arms and forgive him all his shortcomings.
