Kwara Governor Calls On Labour Unions To Embrace Dialogue
The Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has called on the labour unions in Nigeria to embrace dialogue and mutual understanding to resolve issues with governments
The Governor made the call during the 18th edition of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) Harmattan School themed; “Expanding Nigeria’s Democratic Space for Trade Union Organising in the World of Work,“ which held at the Michael Imoudu National Institute of Labour Studies (MINILS), Ilorin, the state capital.
Governor AbdulRazaq who applauded the labour unions for their contributions to national growth and policies of dialogue also called for constant engagements, dialogue and mutual understanding as this would foster industrial harmony, improve productivity and hasten national development
