Kwara celebrates workforce, says resources are well managed

Following years of dedication, the Kwara state Head of Service celebrates her workforce with a week-long activity, onl Minday being the paper presentation and panel discussion.

In her speech, the Head of Service, Mrs. Florence Modupe Oluwole, said that the program- being the first since it was last held in 2018, is meant to celebrate in grand style, civil servants who through their meritorious hard work pushed the state forward, imploring them to plan ahead of retirement.

The secretary to the central working committee of the week-long event- Aliu Hyatudeen, noted that the event kicked-off last week Thursday with a press briefing.

According to the Chief Press Secretary to the state Head of Service- Atoyebi Muritala, said that the event is an avenue for the civil servants to interact and exchange ideas.

The paper tagged Performance Management System(PMS)- which is the evaluation of the state progress so far, was presented by Alhaji Nasir Ibrahim, had in attendance; the Head of service herself, permanent secretaries past and present and civil servants of all cadre.

The program continues tomorrow an will last till Friday in which deserving workers will be awarded accordingly
