If everybody “japa”- popular parlance used to describe migration without plans to return to country of origin-who would build Nigeria? was the question and teaser made by the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Media Group, Engr. Gbenga Adebayo for students at the 5th Students’ Union Leadership Summit & Empowerment, themed- “Education, Youths Development, Skills and Quality Leadership: Building a Pathway for Better Nigeria” organized by the Student Union, Kwara State University, Malete.
Engr. Adebayo, who was at the event as a Guest Speaker and honoree in his speech harped on the need for Students to look beyond the four walls of the University so as to stay relevant in today’s society.

Integrity is an important part of leadership. The right things are the easiest things to do,” he said.
