A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Hon. Lanre Sulyman has attributed the landslide victory recorded by the APC in the state during the Presidential and National Assembly elections to the outstanding performance of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq since he assumed office four years ago.
Royal Times reports that Honorable Sulyman affirmed that Kwara is the only state in the whole of the country that recorded a clean sweep success for all the APC candidates during the last presidential and national assembly elections.
Addressing journalists in Ilorin on Saturday , Sulyman, a staunch supporter of Governor AbdulRazaq, said the Mallam Abdulrazaq performed exceedingly well in all sectors which ultimately translated into the love and affection kwarans accorded him.
He explained that “Otoge mantra” in 2019 was more about the people, not about the activities of a few politicians. That is why, according to him, the governor focused on projects and not on political elites.
Also, in his comment, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Creative Industry, Abdulgafar Abiola, was confident that the re-election of Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq would witness another round of youth oriented projects and programmes.
