Former Barcelona and England striker, Gary Lineker has hailed Manchester United forward, Cristiano RONALDO for his record-breaking 700th career club goal against Everton at the weekend.
Ronaldo was once again named on the bench for Man United’s Premier League away clash against Frank Lampard’s side on Sunday.
However, Martial suffered an injury early in the first half leading to the introduction of Ronaldo who came in as a replacement with the score being tied at 1-1.
Former Barcelona and England attacker Gary Lineker was left spellbound by the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s incredible achievement calling it a “ridiculous” feat to have a player score 700 goals in club football.
