The federal Road safety corps, Kwara state command, has restated its preparedness to ensure safety of motorists, free flow of traffic and prompt rescue interventions during this Easter festive period and beyond.
According to a statement issued by the corps today, the Kwara state sector commander of the corps, Sunday Maku stated this during the public enlightenment rally tagged “my life is precious to me as a rider” held at Omu-Aran.
While wishing the general public a crash free Easter celebration, Maku enjoined all motorists to be safety conscious at all times and to adhere to all traffic regulations in order to ensure safe driving and crash free motoring in Kwara state.
Meanwhile, the corps warns members of the public against falling victims of employment racketeering, saying there is no recruitment currently in the corps.
