Erik ten Hag says Marcus Rashford must guard against ‘laziness’ to keep up standards

Manchester united manager Erik ten Hag says Marcus Rashford must guard against “laziness” if he is to remain one of Europe’s most potent forwards.

Rashford,  age 25, headed in his 21st goal this term in Sunday’s 2-0 win at Leeds.

It leaves the England striker one goal short of his best return in a season which came in 2019-20 under former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

England international Rashford now has 114 United career goals to sit 19th on the club’s all-time list.
