COVID 19 vaccines arrive Nigeria.

written by Taiwo Adediran January 20, 2022
COVID 19 vaccines arrive Nigeria.

The latest shipment of COVID 19 vaccines arrived on monday at the US mission in Nigeria. Ambassador Mary Beth Leonard of the United States of America paid a visit to the National Strategic Warehouse to greet the latest shipment of US government donated COVID 19 vaccines.

She and Dr. Faisal Shuaib, Executive Director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency and his technical and warehouse staff discussed COVID 19 vaccine storage and distribution.

During the visit, Ambassador Leonard inspected the vaccine portions and talked over how the agency is sustaining adequate ultra-cold storage, as safe and productive vaccines are our best method to ending the pandemic.

The U.S. government has also allotted to the training of over 200,000 military and civilian personnel on COVID-19 control regulations and strengthening preventive health and social services.

The U.S. government advises all Nigerians to go out and get vaccinated to make themselves protected and make use of the donated COVID-19 vaccines. These procedures will enhance not only the health and well-being of the nation but the overall worldwide response to the pandemic.
