Cleric urges Christians to pray for Nigeria over increasing rate of poverty

Following the worrisome state of security and poor economic state of the nation, a Cleric,  Reverend Bolaji  Odejide has called on Christians across the nation to pray for the country.

Reverend Bolaji , a Cleric at the Believer’s Heritage Baptist Church in Tanke, Ilorin made the call today during his sermon at the church service.

In his speech, the Cleric lamented the state of insecurity and economic condition of the country, describing the situation as unfortunate and one that needs urgent intervention.

He, however, urged Churches and Christians across the nation to be generous, and reach out to people in need to cushion the effect of rising cost of food items and poverty.
