CAN General Secretary, Musa Asake, is dead

The General Secretary, Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Dr. Musa Asake, is dead.

It is learnt he died on Friday morning (today) in Abuja after an illness, although details of the death are still sketchy.

The death of Asake came about two weeks after he led a nationwide protest called by CAN against the killing of Christians by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

 

The deceased, an indigene of Southern Kaduna, has been vocal in the defense of Christianity in Nigeria.
