Breaking: Kwara APC Receives Membership Registration Materials

 

The ruling All Progressive Congress APC has today (Tuesday) handed over the membership registration materials to Kwara State.

The Kwara state Committee led by Senator John Danboi was received officially by the deputy Govenor Kayode Alabi and Party caretaker Chairman Abdullahi Samanri.

The Deputy Congratulated the state’s Chairman and assured the committee of a peaceful ambience while carrying out party duties.

He said, “You are welcome to the most peaceful state in Nigeria, We can assure of the ongoing Mobilisation of our members and new members towards the success of the party.

“You can be rest assured of our Support and Cooperation for a peaceful membership registration.”

The Kwara Committee Chairman, Senator John Danboi assured the state of the members diligence and activeness.

He Said, “We are here from the National Headquarters of our great party APC in Abuja to carry out the membership registration duty of the All Progressives Congress APC.

“We must get people involved in the registration process because it’s the beginning of participation, it’s from the membership that we will conduct the Congress, party primaries and ultimately Mobilisation for the general elections.

“We transported it and accompanied by Mr Yusuf from the National Headquarters Abuja, 187,200 registration booklets.”

While Addressing the press, Danboyi said: “We have 98 cartons which contains 20 booklets each, we received 1872 booklet forms which has 100 pieces each Making it 187,200.

“We have confirmed it and the duplicate copy has been signed which will be handed over to the national Headquarters Abuja.

“We are going to have a stakeholders meeting with the party leaders on the strategy and modalities to carry out the process”

He also formally introduced the members of the committee to the Deputy Governor and the Kwara state party Caretaker Chairman Abdullahi Samanri.

Present at the handing over is the Kwara State Caretaker Chairman Abdullahi Samanri; Committe Chairman, Senator John Danboi; other members of the committee, Barr. Rahmatulai Goldfish Ilavbare Esq; Engr. Baba Dalhatu, Sunday Demokun, Hajiya Zainab Idris Waziri, Sanusi Yusuf Nyam, Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Alkali.
