Bolarinwa-Led Kwara APC congratulates President Buhari, Fayemi over Ekiti gubernatorial election victory

Bolarinwa-Led Kwara APC congratulates President Buhari, Fayemi over Ekiti gubernatorial election victory

The Kwara State faction of the All Progressive Congress, APC, led by Honourable Bashir Bolarinwa, has congratulated President Mohammadu Buhari, the National Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole and the party’s flag bearer in last Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti state, Dr Kayode Fayemi, over the party’s resounding victory in the election.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Honorable Bolarinwa said this victory gives members of the party renewed hope, adding that this is another testament that though they conspire against truth and good governance, it will never see the dawn of a new day.

He urged President Buhari not to relent in his fight against corruption, noting that if corruption is fighting back through the connivance of the corrupt elements, Nigerians have once again rejected them through a popular, free and credible election.

Bolarinwa admonished the agents of destabilization in the party to get engaged in meaningful ventures, noting that their current voyage in preaching the death of the APC will lead them to perdition.

While congratulating the Ekiti people for returning the state to the path of honor, Bolarinwa urged Kwarans to keep hope faith in the APC, adding that the 2019 elections will provide Kwarans with an opportunity to once and for all, reject those that have held the state in the jugular since 2003.
