The Al-hikmah University today conducted its fourteenth Matriculation Ceremony for five hundred and three newly admitted students for 2018/2019 academic session.
In his welcome address, the Vice Chancellor of the university Professor Taofeek Ibrahim said the university maintained zero tolerance to any form of academic corruption, and urged students to comply fully with the moral dictates of the institution.
While charging the newly admitted students to be very serious with their studies, the vice chancellor advised them to be morally upright, avoid gangs of unserious students, drug abuse, sexual misbehavior, examination malpractices and other vices that may lead to your rustication or expulsing from this institution.
The Vice Chancellor said fifty-eight students were admitted into the faculty of education, one hundred and sixty into humanities and social sciences, seventy-four into management sciences, one hundred and twelve into natural and applied sciences, forty four into health science while fifty five were admitted into law.
