Ajia hails Yaman’s emergence, says Kwarans looks forward to PDP’s return

The House of Representatives Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, has lauded the choice of Alhaji Shuaib Yaman Abdullahi as the governorship candidate of the party in Kwara State for the 2023 general elections.

He observed that the PDP has proved the naysayers wrong that it was not capable of picking the best in the choice of candidates in preparation for the forthcoming polls.

Ajia said this in a congratulatory message he issued in Ilorin after the emergence of Abdullahi at the state PDP governorship primary election held in Ilorin on Wednesday and congratulated the party for the transparency, openness, and fairness exhibited at the mock election.

Ajia expressed optimism that the PDP possesses the magic wand to unlock the potentials that abound in the state for the benefit of the citizenry and restore the state to the path of economic viability, security and gainful employment opportunities, especially for the teeming youth.

The House of Representatives candidate praised the party leader and President of the Eight Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, and other eminent stakeholders for placing the interest of the people of Kwara above other considerations in the emergence of the PDP gubernatorial flag-bearer.
