The Kwara State Fire Service has confirmed that fire burnt down seven container shops in Ilorin, the state capital.
According to a statement signed by the Head of Department Media and Publicity, Kwara State Fire Service- HASSAN HAKEEM ADEKUNLE, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening at Mayegun junction, Alagbado Area in Ilorin .Hassan, added that the firemen were able to display high level of professionalism and in no time the ravaging inferno was put out.
Royal Times gathered that it was an accidental discharge due to the damaged hose which suddenly got burst during the gas delivery process and thereby causing the fire outbreak.
