About Four People Injured In Lagos-Ibadan Auto Crash

About four people have been reportedly injured in an auto crash that occurred on Monday morning, opposite the Punch Office, Kilometer Fourteen of the expressway.

The crash which has reportedly caused gridlock on the road occurred when a truck, used to convey cows, rammed into a vehicle from behind as the vehicle also rammed into other vehicles at its front, leading to a chain of crashes.

Reacting to the crash, an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps, who spoke on condition of anonymity for not being authorised to speak, said at least four injured persons, two children, one male and one female adult had been taken to a nearby hospital.

However, efforts to reach the spokesperson for the Ogun sector of the FRSC, Florence Okpe, proved abortive as of the time of filing this report.
