Former Minister of Education and convener of the Bring Back Our Girl Group, Oby Ezekweili, this afternoon, called out the Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Shehu Garba, over the statement he released on the female suicide bomber arrested in Cameroon who claims she is one of the missing Chibok girls.
Garba in the statement last night, said that FG has collected the girl’s photo and forwarded it to the “Murtala Mohammed Foundation for verification by interested Chibok community stakeholders”.
Oby Ezekwesili thinks this was insensitive and disrespectful as more intelligence should have been deployed to address the issue.
