The Nigerian Export-Import Bank has appointed award-winning singer, Daniel Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’banj, as its brand ambassador.
This was announced on Tuesday via the NEXIM bank official Instagram page, in celebration of the new ambassadorship.
Owned by the Federal Government and Central Bank of Nigeria, NEXIM was established in 1991 as an export credit agency in the country.
According to the bank, the new partnership was sealed during a ceremony at its head office in Abuja on Monday.
The statement read, “To further create awareness and sensitization for the Bank’s newly launched products; the Women and Youth Export Facility and the Small and Medium Enterprise Export Facility, NEXIM Bank secures partnership with D’banj as Brand Ambassador in a ceremony today, 2nd of August 2021 at the Bank’s Head Office in Abuja.”
Taking to his Instagram page on Tuesday, the superstar also announced the new ambassadorship deal.
Sharing pictures from the ceremony, he wrote, “Allow me to reintroduce myself. My Name is Banker Banga! Aka Nexim Banga.
