The Federal Government has released the 2022 National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) conducted by National Examinations Council (NECO) for admission into the Junior Secondary School one (JSS1) of Federal Unity Colleges.
The result was presented to the Minister of Education today, by the Registrar/Chief Executive of NECO, Prof. DANTANI IBRAHIM WUSHISHI, in Abuja today.
Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu while announcing the release in Abuja said this year’s edition held on Saturday 7th May, 2022 in Nigeria, Benin Republic and Togo.
The minister who was represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, DAVID GENDER said parents and guardians can visit NECO’s website for details of the results of their wards.
He added that AJIDAGBA MARIAM AKANKE, an indigene of Sokoto state, scored two hundred and two as the highest marks; while OBOT ABUNDANCE IDARA, an indigene of Akwa Ibom State, came second scoring two hundred.
He further said the ministry would ensure that all admission processes are completed on or before Friday 1st July, 2022.
