Lagos govt amends charges against Evans, others

The trail of billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans’ at the High Court in Lagos State took another twist, on Thursday, as the Lagos State Government amended the charges it filed against the notorious kidnapper alongside five others.

The Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, in the state, Titilayo Shitta-Bey told the Justice Justice Hakeem Oshodi-led court that the amendment relates only to the punishment section for the second charge.

The once notorious kidnapper was earlier brought to court in handcuffs as the trial resumed today.
