Kwara Polytechnic expels eight students over examination malpractice

No fewer than eight students of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, have been expelled from the institution for their involvement in examinations malpractice. This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Mr. Daramola Olayinka on behalf of the Registrar and made available to newsmen.

 

The statement read that the Kwara State Polytechnic Authority, having considered the Report of the Academic Board in respect of involvement in Examinations malpractices obtained approval for the immediate expulsion of the students from the Polytechnic.

 

The expelled students include Usman Saliu from the Business Administration department, Ogbo Peter Chinedu, Public Administration Department, and Omowale Oluwadare Oluwadamilola, Accountancy Department, all from Institute of Finance and Management Studies.

 

Others are Abdullahi Habibat Ajoke, Architectural Technology Department, Okaka Christian Sunday, Architectural Technology Department, Yakuba Jiya Ndakpotun, Estate Management Department, Ahmed Simbiat Adepejuola, Architectural Technology Department, and Olusegun Emmanuel Dada, Quantity Surveying Department, all from Institute of Environmental Management Studies.
