Hearing for Omoni Oboli’s theft case to begin today

The case between Nollywood producer, Omoni Oboli and Canadian-based script writer, Jude Idada involving the allegation of theft of the script of the former’s movie, Okafor’s Law will be heard at a Federal High Court sitting today.

It could be recalled that Idada had sought an injunction from the court to halt the premiere of the film last Friday and Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court had ordered the removal of every material bearing Okafor’s Law from distribution channels.
