The Federal Government will on November 21 arraign Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, one of the Supreme Court justices whose house was raided by operatives of the DSS, Punch reports.
It was reported that the case will be presided over by Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court, Abuja and the court has issued notices of arraignment to all parties involved.
It was reported that the defendant transferred N505m to a building contractor between January and May 2016, as well as another N130m to a different contractor.
It was also reported that N35,358,000; $319,596 and £25,915 were discovered in the justice’s house during the raid.
Ngwuta has also been accused of passport offences after recovering two valid diplomatic passports in his name from him.
He was also found with another two valid standard Nigerian passports which he allegedly obtained by making false information of loss of the passports and of his age.
